Services And Rates

Investing in massage is an investment in your health. My goal with each massage is to provide the massage you desire. Before each session we will discuss what your goal is for the massage and taper the massage towards that goal. To better give you an idea of what kind of service you require I've provided some generic descriptions of the most common types of massage offered and their time lengths:

In Office:

- 90 minute "Full Body" Massage $150.00

My personal favorite, the most common version of this session is a full body massage mixed in with treating a few areas of discomfort. I believe a 90 minute massage to be the best use of your time and money as it allows treatment focused work over the entire body. With this massage I feel that I can truly treat each area of the body and give you a full muscle release.

- 60 minute Massage $100.00

This session can vary person to person. A full body massage can be provided with one or two areas of treatment work. If more detailed treatment is require or more than two areas needed I will hit all the major body structures I'm able to, while still treating the areas that you have requested at the beginning of the massage

- 30 minute "Touch-Up" $50.00

This massage is tailored for those that woke up this morning with a kink in their body that just won't go away. It's a focused massage session where I will target one or two problem areas and possibly their surrounding structures. This session can be focused on stretching and releasing the muscles, a manual and traditional massage of the targeted areas and their surrounding structures, or a mixture of the two. Keep in mind that this session is for a focused problem area and I will not be able to reach all areas of your body as I would with a full body massage.

- 120 Minute Massage $200.00

Not everyone needs 120 minutes but for some 90 isn't quite enough. I find people who have multiple problem areas from either accidents on injuries sometimes can use more than the 90 minutes. Also, some people are taller than others and massaging their body takes more time because there is more surface area to cover! If you're wondering whether you need this amount of time please let me know and we can talk about what you're needing from a massage and whether this is a good option for you.
