My name is Phillip and I look forward to working with you. I believe in the healing ability of massage for the mind and body. I think one of the best long term health choices you can make for yourself is to get a massage on a regular basis. Massage can decrease your stress and help your body deal with with future stress more effectively. Massage can also heal long standing injuries and adhesions to help increase your range of motion, reduce chronic pain, and reduce muscular scar tissue. It can also aid in healing from injuries by increasing lymph and blood flow to the injured area, maintaining and increasing range of motion, and reducing the formation of scar tissue. I believe that patients are their own best advocate for healing. As part of this I believe in supplying you with tools and stretches that can assist you with maintaining the work I do at your session.
